Right Handed: A right handed BUGBite holster is used on the left leg, the holster is made with a pocket for your gun that sits on the inside of your left leg for a cross draw.
Left Handed: A left handed BUGBite holster is used on the right leg, the holster is made with a pocket for your gun that sits on the inside of your right leg for a cross draw.
The BUGBite holster was designed for maximum comfort and concealment. Each holster is designed specifically to conform to the shape of the human leg ensuring that your firearm is supported properly and in a way that allows you to forget you are even carrying a pistol. The BUGBite keeps your firearm properly oriented upwards at all times, and because the design lacks velcro or snaps, removing your pistol when you need it is 100% silent, unlike almost every other type of holster. The holster is designed to comfortably carry pistols from small all the way up to mid-size frame (to confirm your pistol will fit, click here), so you only need one holster that can work with a variety of your firearms.
We ourselves use BUGBite for daily carry and often comment about how we forget that it's even on, of course this “WOW” factor leaves us feeling that this is the greatest holster ever designed!

Bugbite Holster
This is a nice way for everyday carry, (edc). I have had two of these holsters and the only issue I have is the pistol holster needs the be made of some kind of a more durable fabric. Both of my holsters wore through the material, exposing the muzzle of my Springfield XDs .45 ACP. Maybe cordura or something along that line?

Bugbite Holster
Everything you read is so true. Hard to even tell you have it on much less carrying a firearm. So comfortable, you don't feel the weight of the gun in your stride. It does move the placement of the gun farther up your leg. I wear jeans a lot and hard to carry more than .380. Might have to find larger leg pant. Love this holster, if you don't own it yet you should.

Best ankle holster I've used
I'm really impressed with this ankle holster. While all the semi automatics that I own are too big to use in this holster, my snub nose S&W is perfect. I barely feel it on my ankle and it doesn't slip. The S&W draws easily and reholsters easily as well. I'd buy it again.

Best Ankle Holster on the Market!
My bugbite is a dream to wear, I can't even tell I'm wearing it and it stays in place and I don't get warm wearing it. Best.CCW.Holster.Ever!

Best holster I own
Purchased one about 2 months ago, I have like 5 holsters for my S&W 9mm Shield, this one by far is the most comfortable holster I own. Most of the time I forget I even have it on. Wouldn't advise those of you that wear skinny jeans to use it. The only problem I have, and it's really not a problem is if you wear pants with some stretch material in them, when you sit down, before you stand back up pull the pant leg back down, the material sticks to the holster a little bit and doesn't slide back down like with jeans. Great holster. Thank you

.38 J frame
Most comfortable & closest I’ve been able to carry my snubnose. I’m not the most experienced at carrying as it’s been at about 2 years & this is my 3rd holster , also my favorite. Completely stays put in a comfortable position on my calf. I do all sorts of outdoor work from manual tools ( like shovels ) to machines ( like big zero turn mowers ) & occasionally climbing or crawling without worry of my pistol being in the way or getting loose. I’m picking up a knife for extra pocket as my revolver doesn’t have a magazine & that’s cool too. Accessibility may take training but I gladly make that trade. My skateboard hip makes carrying at hip very uncomfortable & I don’t have issues getting to draw positions with this so far.

BUGbite ankle holster
Pros: The holster holds securely to the leg and the pistol does not wiggle around. It will fit several pistols from small pocket size Ruger 738 up to my Glock 22. Cons: The draw is not smooth at all. In fact, you have to use two hands to remove the pistol. I tried three different pistols and had the same issue. I tried my Bersa Thunder .380, Taurus Millennium G2 9mm, and my Glock 22 .40 S&W. All three pistol ejection ports on the slide would catch on a seam on the inside of the holster, opposite side of the leg. The Glock had the least issue with this however, it was really too large to wear with jeans on. If you would like pics of the issue feel free to email me and I'll forward them with annotations. ** Thanks for the review Ed. Please keep in mind that this is a deep concealment holster. If you live in an area where you need to draw your pistol constantly and fast this may not be the holster for you. Or you could move somewhere safer! ;) ***

Ankle holster
After getting the right sized one, LOVE IT. Only have it on for about six hours and have literally forgot I had it on. Carrying LCR with Hogue grip. Very comfortable. Only gig about holster is that one bullet strip, barely fits, let alone two. But otherwise, really comfortable.
